Taxi drivers can now take advantage of up to two years free servicing when they buy a new TX4 Elegance (Euro 6) as part of the London Taxi Company’s (LTC) ‘Happy as Larry’ promotion.
Taxi driver, Larry, promotes the exclusive offer of two years free servicing* on TX4 Elegance, which is available to drivers when they purchase the model on Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance. The first four services, up to 60,000 miles, are included free of charge for a limited period only, when drivers buy TX4 Elegance before 31st March.
This is the first time in years that complimentary servicing has been offered to drivers and reflects LTC’s number one priority: the customer. The free servicing offer is ideal for drivers considering an upgrade to a cleaner, greener Euro 6 compliant vehicle before the end of March.
Adding yet more affordability to the package, TX4 Elegance (automatic transmission) is available on the PCP plan from just £159 per week* with an on the road price of £42,795. At the end of the PCP agreement, customers have the option to buy the vehicle for a guaranteed residual value of £16,830**, part exchange the vehicle and trade up to a new London Taxi (subject to settlement of the existing finance agreement) or return the vehicle in good condition and simply walk away with nothing further to pay.
Richard Gordon, LTC’s Commercial Director said; “We are committed to making our customers’ jobs easier and more profitable. Using our resident cab driver, Larry, as an example, we want to communicate how we are doing this, demonstrating to other drivers that they too can be ‘Happy as Larry’. Whilst the campaign is a bit tongue-in-cheek, there is a serious story behind it – and that’s that LTC’s Euro 6 compliant TX4 Elegance is now more convenient to run than ever before.”
